I don't speak Korean, but used my google translate skills. Basically, she says that she apologized to Jaeha and Eunho was like "why, what are you talking about?" and she says "oh, he didn't tell you?" I believe this refers back when they were first dating and she talked with Jaeha and that convo was one of the reasons he broke up with Eunho. So, I'm assuming that Eunho will learn about this whole interaction and it will help him understand Jaeha more. BUT, I don't speak Korean so this could be totally wrong haha.
