What time does Mangago send notifications for manga updates?

What time does Mangago send notifications for manga updates?

I'm based in the US, Eastern Standard Time. Is there usually a set time we get notifications when the mangas we are 'reading' updates?

    5 am (AZMST) so I guess its 8 am your time
