Mature looking people tend to become more good looking as they’re looking like their actual age (clothes or probably job uniform) and “act” like their actual age. Senpai is kind of immature still for me that’s why i still see him as a student. I had classmates older than me so they really good in practice job interviews or even formally speaking in the front class cause clothes suits them as well as their professional acting is very convincing
