Just write whatever tag you wanna search in the "Search other tag" box.

search for a tag by typing it into the search bar onto the left. This search scene can be found by clicking any tag of a manga, or by typing /tag/.
You can add your own tags after giving a story ranking (out of X stars) and pop up screen gives you an option to add tags, descriptions, ect.
Uhm question. How can i tag? Like for example, I wanna search for a yaoi story with yandere characters in it
