Well there is a good chance that Minato asks Shizuma's brother to contact him if Shizuma doesn't reply to his calls.
Though seeing Shizuma's personality I guess he will pick up if Minato contacts him.... I hope we will find out soon!
I know that this is a very sad time for our couple, but I really want to see the brothers finding out their dating the other brother (if that make sense) I REALLY want a chapter like that (≧∀≦)
