The MC relates what's happening in his life to the book of Genesis. He doesn't end it with 'how could God create the world in 7 days..." though so probably not what you're looking for but perhaps you'll still like it. I feel like I remembering reading what you're describing though where he like laments over the world at the end with that line.

I don't remember the title, the mangaka, how the character is portrayed and illustrated, and whether it is a series or oneshot. What I know is, ofc, it is yaoi (or shounen-ai).
All I remember is that the character in the story compare his days (or his life-related) with the genesis from Old Testament.
