Rainbow Peen Scans that release it about a month ago. They'd used Chinese scans without asking permission, so they didn't want it posted anywhere. It got posted here, but they asked for help in having it removed, so we helped them.

Still waiting for them to fix it so that the last Kisa chapter is restored... since they replaced all the images with the first 50 pages of Onodera 27 today... And anyone that clicks on the new chapter will get redirected to that if they aren't logged in.
