You can still love a manga and not agree with these holes in them. It isn't labeled romance nor hentai so this development doesn't make sense. Even then, if you support random fucking from people who haven't shown interest in each other then good for you, but you should respect that people don't agree with you. Because it's a shounen it's unlikely the author ever would've had the boys together. The best anyone who wants that can hope for is a situation like Sorey and Mikleo from Zestiria where neither boy ends with a girl and they stay together but it's all left open to interpretation. Maybe it's just my bad luck but most shounen action-adventure manga have bad romances. Usually the guy is clueless and dense to the girl and the girl crushes on him for 100s of chapters until suddenly it just happens. FMA is one of the exceptions.

I do love the series, but I don't like the new character developments of a few characters that's all. But I still do enjoy it

Was it not obvious that she liked him? I feel as though if there will ever be any romance at all in this manga it would most likely be ShinYuu. I’m just upset that people are getting mad over the fact that she likes him; she may not have said it to him ( probably knowing that confessing her feelings during this time is not the best idea) even her demon inside knows it too and is using it against her. Feeling as though those feeling are a good excuse to continue bringing up and then eventually possess her.
Yes, throwing in romance at a time like this is a little offsetting but I don’t believe it’s completely irrelevant.

Yay! someone I can relate with. Maybe its bc ive read the shitty romance triangle in Oathbringer but I definitely felt a romantic connection between shinoa and yuu. I still dont know where people are pulling the mikayuu crap from. They literally value each other as family, it has been said they fight for their family at least 7 dozen times at this point, how tf r u going to tell me mika and yuu are a thing? All these mikayuu shippers have read farrrr too many yaois and shounen ais to the point that they ship any two males who r closer with each other together.

Wow first of all that is pure assumption, you don't have enough proof to say that "everyone" is like that. The thing is, I'm not doubting the romantic connection, I am saying that it is not the time for romance. Think about it, people are in the middle of a battle field and can be killed any moment now. Yuu is on the verge of turning into a demon and loose his humanity and he literally saw the decapitated head of one of the people that was the source of his traumas. The only comfort he has is his family, Mika and shinoa included. But the entire time what shinoa is focusing on is getting in his pants. Ok true, she is concerned, but everyone would be better off as friends and family rather than lovers and bullcrap since it would only be a discomfort to Yuu. Shinoa might be interested in him as a lover, but Yuu clearly is only after protecting his family. He isn't interested in romance and beyond this point things are starting to feel forced and out of order. That's all I wanted to point out. Thank you

Shinoa’s demon is using those existing feelings for Yuu she has against her. Her herself isn’t saying, “ Yeah imma fuck that hunk real quick mmhm”. I don’t think Shinoa’s mind was ANYWHERE near that thought, it’s just that demons feed off of desire, lust, fear; they can manifest even the tiniest bit of it into something much more. So, when I first commented after reading chapter and saw all the comment section hating on Shinoa, I might have gone idk a bit over board. Sure I like me some good MikaYuu but at the same time I’m not going to stand for those ship fans to hate on Shinoa just because her demon is pulling from her existing feeling towards Yuu and making it more explicit just for a way to fuck everything up because why not? I get that other people have a different way of seeing things so I apologize if I upset or offended anyone, I was just heated/ still am a bit but it’s gucci.

Well if Nilsuki won't "doubt their romantic conection" i will. Where did you saw that yuu has mutual feeling for shinoa whatsoever? You should watch your mouth, saying mikayuu is crap when it clearly has way more moments that your precious pairing. If that is crap then what is yuunoa? another cliché one sided paring in a shonen manga, it doesn't contribute anything new. And no, there weren't any hints that she was in love with him until demon san appear. She just blushed sometimes around him, and so did mitsuba. so what?

I just wanted to remind you that there isn't anyone more important than mika for yuu, just keep it in mind.
