True but I don't think this is a one time thing. I think he had to consume more than just once something with the solution with it. Plus, we all know that at the moment Kyon wouldn't do it. Maybe someone is trying to push the suspicion on him?

Maybe kyon is doing it unconsciously and just doesn't know he's doing it. Or maybe luancons core is not excepting food after what happen years ago

It's not Kyon, cuz he was just asking Lucaon to eat with him but he don't prepare the food. It was Cecilia's servant who always prepare the food. So it can't be Kyon.
