Yup, I thought so, too. It's more of a casual plot, rather a casual dark plot. It's dark but it's not supposed to be too elaborated. At least the tone or the intention is clear, I mean unlike other where they give this feeling like they are going to make an elaborate story yet falls short and rushed in the end.

Sometimes a ridiculous plot can be executed so well it doesn't matter. This is the other way around. The plot is great, but the execution is... not that great. It is too rushed. Stories like these need more development. But, it is still ok. It's like plain smutty porn but with a deeper meaning and I guess that is what the mangaka was aiming for. I am just thinking out loud.
