A quick summary for those who don’t read Spanish ~ Some of the story is easy to figure out (=・ω・=)

Chihiro and Yamada have been together 9 years, and have lived together for one.
It opens with them in bed together, with chihiro waking up to make breakfast and get ready for work. They have a short text exchange about breakfast, what they need at the grocery store, and how pretty the blooming cherry blossoms are. Yamada reflects on how long they’ve been together - yesterday was their anniversary. He wants to ask Chihiro something....

Later, Yamada is surprised to see Chihiro in a face mask. They have a conversation about how Chihiro is now as old as Yamada was when they met (26). Chihiro says he thought at the time that Yamada was a cool adult, but now that he’s that age it doesn’t seem odd. He says because he appeared, Yamada had to make a lot of changes. Yamada says he doesn’t regret it at all.
Chihiro remarks how at yamadas age, most people would be married and have children. Yamada says maybe that would be the case in another life, but in this life he wants to spend it with chihiro.
Chihiro is happy and they do it (lol)

(Next evening)
Yamada was planning to put the engagement ring on Chihiro before he woke up, but Yamada overslept. He meets up with chihiro after work to have a walk among the cherry blossoms, and plans to ask him then. Chihiro brings up the conversation they had the previous night. He says if he had another life he would spend it with Yamada still, again, and again, and again. He says sorry for saying strange things but Yamada says he likes it (lol). Chihiro then challenges Yamada to a race to the convenience store, whoever loses buys the beers. He runs off. Yamada realizes he didn’t give Chihiro the ring, and vows to do it in the morning. But Chihiro ends up waking up before him again. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Extra:
Yamada is now 35. Chihiro thinks he doesn’t looks like he’s aged much, Yamada says it’s because he had an old face to begin with. Yamada says chihiro has a cute baby face that doesn’t age. Chihiro is charmed, and says Yamada is so great. Yamada - “where did that come from?”
