Like, the idea itself is plausible and actually seems like an interesting read but in this particular case it seems a little...lack luster.
At least he is being kidnapped for him being him, not any reason related to the neighbor. I mean it wasn't one of the neighbors enemies that got him
Thats....a really weak reason for the kidnapping.
