If you're talking about seme and uke switching the only two I can think of are Yoru To Asa No Uta and Suki Na Hito Hodo. Both are by Harada so.... approach with caution. I liked them, the art and story are so well done.
Yoru to ask had no switching that happened. There is only violent rape done by a third party. There are other better mangas in my list above that had the same thing without the rape
