i dont think so because Yu Yang also appears in Guang Xian, (a manhua produced by the same mangaka), where he had a crush on the main character, Lin Xiang
but i could be wrong so idk
tbh it's possible that he's still hung up on lin xiang and unconsciously keeping himself from growing attached to lihuan, since he thinks lihuan is straight. if so, it'd be even more interesting to see how their relationship develops imo.
