Same thing happens to me.. I can access this site using Hola VPN..

Change your VPN server. If it still happening, install opera -> incognito -> enable vpn beside the url bar

Please i need help.. So, my country banned mangago and i can't access it unless I'm using a VPN.. But last week ('till now actually) , even if I'm using a VPN, i still got banned from mangago.. The page said "yaour ip is banned from mangago because of autonomous....(ANS) bla bla bla" [sorry i forgot].. And i can only access mangago if i uninstall my browser and installing another one T_T.. Seriously i need help here.. I don't know what to do anymore..
