I don't know how I feel about this, it needs more story/plot

My thoughts exactly!
It jumps around a lot, the dialog doesn't always makes sense, nor does it explain much, plus it feels like there are pieces missing.
Basically, you can't tell if the story is good or bad because there isn't simply enough of it to make a judgement on.

Yeah, a shame too. I enjoyed the art

Clearly, a lot of people wish this was more cogent than it is.
