Manga yaoi - name?

There’s a manga yaoi about the uke having had a relationship with a coworker and the seme left him for a woman. The last time they were together he told the uke that he doesn’t like hearing a man’s voice in bed. Since then the uke speaks really quietly. A new coworker arrives and he works together with the uke. He knows him from a conference and really likes uke’s voice. Thanks to that new coworker the uke tries to speak normally again.
