Once youve seen one omegaverse story you have seen most of them, but this one http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/shounen_no_kyoukai/ is a bit different, and the plot (while a bit predictable) is still interesting.
Im not sure if this has been suggested yet, but its my fave omegaverse story
