We don't know where this panel happens in the chap. or it's context, Fei drugging him(Asami) if that is it would be to keep him out of danger. Her pub. knows how to draw people to the book sales end with the temple on FIRE and start with a passed out Asami with Fei sipping tea .This makes you want to know what is going on.

i do not see the point to give drugs Asami (to immobilize him for a moment and how long ?) to prevent him to look for Aki or to go for the Rebels, whatever Feilong's purpose, it not wise. that Rebels thought Feilong and Asami are friends (Feilong said), so now they are after Feilong as well. it is not Feilong's better interest to fight the Rebels without Asami's help. unless Feilong is the villain (i hope no)
