In Korean language big brother-oppa is the exact word. No other term about it.
Even dongsaeng or younger sister is just one and the same term, blood related or not. Easier in English but that's not the case in korean

We’re getting somewhere it was brought up! All he has to do is say Mari is my sister but feel like an awkward meeting between the trio is due. Poor Mari loosing her friend.
