I don’t think real Ciel is a demon. I think undertaker has something to do with it and that real Ciel is a advanced or highly successful version of the undertaker’s zombie business. Tanaka maybe as well? And the undertaker was crying I think at Vincent’s pic prob cuz he died. Some ppl believe with Vincent’s bad personality as well, Vincent could’ve plan all of this as “a last man standing” situation where the struggle would make one twin, most likely fake Ciel, ready to be the queen’s guard dog. Maybe Vincent told undertaker to make Ciel a zombie so fake Ciel can be challenged and beat his fear? s Maybe undertaker didn’t like Vincent dying for it or maybe feels bad? Maybe undertaker even knew that Ciel was fake and loved Vincent so much and wanted to bring back the true heir? Maybe the parents are still around? WHO KNOWS???!!!
Not exactly spoilers, if you've read all the available chapters. Just some foreshadowing I noticed and future predictions .

So a while back I was re watching the circus arc and I noticed this- in the scene where the creepy baron meets Vincent and Ciel for the first time, Ciel smiles prettily and says hi but a second later he hides behind his father, getting all shy. I thought it was slightly weird but it all makes so much sense now. Yana is so damn amazing, we cannot say that this twin thing was thought of recently. She had planned it from the very beginning and she even gave hints.
One more, when Ciel summons Sebastian, the flashback scene, first he is shown lying on that stage/pedastal thing but when he summons Seb he is inside the cage. Only noticed it after reading this arc. lol.
One last thing, Sebastian says that he NEVER lies. And if you see, in the course of the series he has never referred to his master as 'Ciel' as Ciel is not his name!
