If you wanna read a story (shoujo) about guy who sells his body to make money... I know Kaikan phrase.
SPOILER He later joins boyband as lead singer and makes it big (his debts paid off by famous actress who was one of his clients. PS his main job wasn't escorting tho)
It was about a boy with his mother and sister. Mother dies leaving a lot of debts. So, boy has to sell his body to pay up. He, starts having sex with lots of women then.
