I usually stick a bandaid over them and try not to walk around too much, if you cant sit around then i recommend moleskin. Like they say the best doctor is time so they'll be better in a couple days.
Im no doctor so my advice is probably stupid ┗( T﹏T )┛

Ahhh, I know your pain. I had blisters on my heels a month ago from ice skating as well and could barely walk. In fact, for the longest time I couldn't even wear shoes without wanting to curse. Of course, I didn't really think to google until afterwards, but what I found is that hydrocolloid dressing is supposed to be the best to use to avoid further irritation since they are kind of like a scab and flexible. Of course, if you use those incorrectly, it can hurt your skin, so I'll attach a website that gives some tips in case you do end up getting some.

I don't know anything for reducing the pain, but here's also a website of some stuff that can supposedly quicken the healing process.
