And it's just the social norms, i.e. being seen in a bikini is not unusual near places one is needed or suitable, but unwillingly being seen privately in underwear is an invasion of that comfort zone, aka privacy.

Good reply thanks (=・ω・=) Guess that norms only counts for people in higher society than people living in forest for example. Men and women are practically half or entirely naked 24/7 haha. Since that's their comfort zone. They don't care about being seen rather than to survive.

Why do people blush or scream when seeing someone half naked while going to the beach they're practically fine?
Also similar case that girls would scream when men see you in underwear while changing but wearing a bikini is normal that they even might show off.
Peoples mind can be so complicated when regarding things are normal and what's not
