i think the chances of her going to MC side is as high as if she were from the club. she know him, and has a good understand of his character and is also in love (to some extent, at least some level of admiration).
but most important, she has shown some critical thinking so far, so she may not be a blind hero doing however some shitty godness wants her to, she can think for herself.
per example: if it comes down to the demons being oppressed because they 'don't look good enough', then she may grasp the situation and if so she will not keep being 'the hero' (at least she doesn't look like those kind of close minded idiot).
idk about the hero boy tho, since isn't wasn't stated who he is.
sorry, reading a few comments below, she doesn't seems to be as smart as i think she is.
from some abstract spoiler, she doesn't have natural malice but seems to be blind for the 'good side', like religious blind kind of people, believing however others tell her if she 'thinks' the side is good, without considering if hey are really good or not (maybe?). if it is that, this is quite sad, i was expecting more out of her character.
I guess we should just wait and see.

almost in all timelines makoto choses to kill the heroes sometimes because they killed mio or the dragon or because they chosen the goddess side ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I was hoping that the heroes were members of the archery club so they would betray the goddess once the met the MC.
