Reminds me of anime/manga Lovely Complex.... Loved the anime very much, glad to have found something similar. The difference there was girl 172cm and the boy 156cm XD but still. It's very cute. If you like Tall girls can fall in love too, I highly recommend Lovely Complex (▰˘◡˘▰)
