i respect what you think, but I really wanted yule and kyung-soo to work out their differences, and be together. i know yule really loves kyung-soo, but he's not so straight forward in saying "i love you" all the time like dong-hyuk. i feel like yule wouldn't be so hated if the mangaka expressed yule a little more, such as how he felt when kyung-soo, the one he loves with a burning passion keeps being taken by another man, more than twice,( tbh, although it wasn't right, i understand why he locked up kyung-soo away from everyone). I feel compassion for yule, he's definitely not perfect, or patient, or the best at dealing with things the right way, but he just wants to be loved by kyung-soo.
I agree, he was right up to a point, but his actions can't be easily forgiven (tho I know you know this)
Yule loves Kyung-Soo and there's nothing wrong with it. The problem is the way he expresses his feelings.

I hate to disagree, They don't have differences, Yule had his friends rape him, wich is the 2nd worse thing only after murder, He simply has no empathy at all for kyungsoo and only wants to dominate and posses him. He has no love in his heart except for himself. As long as He is like this (which He could only change with professional help & medication) He isn't suited for anyone.
This is of course from a realistic point of view, as fantasy He can rape & date anyone He wants... it just won't be love... He is just sick and hungry for power over Kyungsoo.
He even said He felt nothing while He saw Kyungsoo being raped, only afterawards (because of what happened to him, not because He felt guilty).
Anyway... You are free to ship whoever you want, I just wanted to make a point since it's easy for the tender hearts to get the wrong idea about love, specially Shojo manga tends to romantize abuse & rape (I thought this story here was clearly not doing it XD), This manhwa it's about abuse, not love :)
You have a point here, he isn't suited for anyone. The creator made him the perfect villain, whose actions are just pure evil, but the fact that he haven't killed Kyung-Soo yet means that he has a little bit of love in his heart, which is more like an obsession than the romantic behaviour. In the beginning of their relationship he was quite normal and I think he did feel something towards Kyung-Soo but unfortunately he got bored and then all the bad things happened one by one getting worse and worse
I hate that about shoujo manga, but this story doesn't show love between Yule and Kyung-Soo just as we both said it's a manhwa about a victim and his struggles in life
This manhwa shows how hard it is to escape from a blackmailing sadist. Kyung-Soo can't be with the person he loves, because he knows that Yule will take him away. Seeing your loved ones getting hurt or even killed is worse than being apart from them. In this case Kyung-Soo was strong enough to know this and he sacrificed himself.
I don't know about you, but personally I am interested in the ending and am eager to know if the brother will help Kyung-Soo.
