like he said he likes dogs, it's just the feeling of the dog to him is what he is disgusted at.
maybe one of the reason for that feeling is because of his grandmother
it isn't clear yet where the disgust comes from or where it's directed at! The only thing we know for sure, is that he smells like "disgust" at that moment but that could have different reasons. It being directed at the dog is just a guess!
I think it has to do with the fact that he isn't used to affection being directed towards him, because of his grandmother's hostility and his mother is always at work. I don't think he is disgusted by the dog itself but by its acception and love.

Why the fuck he disgusted to the dog tho...i cant understand....i think that its normal if the dog were scared of us on the first time...but as you always being around the dog and the dog will finally trust you..its the same as cat....i still dont understand...please someone explain to me (=・ω・=)
