I remember that a young guy was hired to watch what he thought was a pet rabbit. Turns out it was a guy named Aki. The two have sex while Aki's owner watches from somewhere else. Aki is handcuffed and naked and kept that way. I think at the end of the manga he leaves his owner to find this guy who treated him gently.
