Does anyone know why there hasn't been any updates?

Does anyone know why there hasn't been any updates? Is it because the scanlation team dropped it or because there haven't been any more chapters published? (I know some yaoi published in a very irregular way, so maybe that's the reason? or did the author dropped it? (wouldn't make sense been a bestseller)

    Sensei has been sick for a while but a new chapter has released. Give it a bit a translation should hopefully be up soon.
