The part starting with kindergarten teacher is flashback. The teacher is Kurobane's niece (Kurobane was Misumi's righthand guy who Hirata stabbed in the back). The woman whom Misumi was meeting at the end was Kurobane's sister aka the girl's mom

I'm left with a wrecked useless brain. The latest chapter, Vol. 4 Ch. 15. I can't follow whats happening from the middle. But one thing is sure, Yoneda-san is good at breaking people's hearts. TT TT I mean, how much will my heart have to keep on breaking till I get a happy ending （/TДT)/ ╥﹏╥
