Also she wasn't anti gay or something so there was no discrimination, she was just being salty and stating a fact that he couldnt get married (altough that was rude). BUT that is legit all shes done.
I think its best that he did confess the truth back then than later cuz she would have been even more hurt. I think that makes him a better person.

Yes, of course but that doesnt change the fact that he still did all those things and he only decided to tell the truth after the beans were already spilt. He should have told her way earlier on in their relationship before things were getting serious.
