I really liked Itou-san! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
It put me a bit on edge throughout the whole manga!
I also read I: Episode 0, the prequel of Itou-san! It's hard to read if you're soft-hearted... I still liked it because it gave the readers more of an insight of what happened in Itou's past.
As for recommendations:
1. Sorenari ni Shinken Nandesu by Asou Kai
2. Ore, Higaisha by Kimura Hidesato
3. Kowagaranai de, Soba ni Ite by Long
4. Pornographer by Marukido Maki
5. Zattou ni Asobu Sakana by Narita Haruno
(No particular order) These are just manga that I enjoyed but don't hear about often.
As for me there are few which i would say was really underrated and not talked about much;
1. Tamayura by Yuki Ringo
2. Irony Dress Ni Sayonara by Miyoshi Ayato
3. Itou-san by Kuraka Sui
4. Ginza Neon Paradise by Unohana
5. Shitteru Yo by Hinako
