I'm not sure if you're trolling or just insane, but Yeonwha is a psychopath who held her sister prisoner and tortured her for days. Ayeon was a toy for her. Saving her from Dahye's bullying was just a way to manipulate her in the first place. She just wanted a new toy to exercise her own insane power fantasies over.
What's more, Ayeon hasn't betrayed anybody anyway. Literally all she did was ask a question about something she was told. Yeonwha scared her, because Yeonwha is scary.
you re-inventing the story,ayeon didn't say anything about dayne or the sister,that's called treason.

As the manga begins,Yeonhwa fight in against dahye to protect ayeon and at the end of the manga ayeon betrays Yeonhwa to protect dahye.
It doesn't make sense.
