I assumed that Yoseob has schizophrenia, PTSD, and perhaps sociopathy.
He is having auditory and visual hallucinations as well as sometimes not being able to differentiate between reality and his hallucinations. Those symptoms would fit under schizophrenia.
He also keeps having flashbacks and nightmares about his past that is causing him a lot of anxiety now which makes me think that he also has PTSD.
Due to the amount of child abuse that he has endured when he was young, I think that really stunted his emotional growth. I don’t think he fully understands why hurting other people is a bad thing. I think he sees that it is wrong in the sense that consequences will happen if he is caught, hence why he often pulls people aside or sees them when they’re isolated to commit the foul acts, but doesn’t see how it’s morally wrong. I wouldn’t classify him as a psychopath because he still feels emotions for people he is close with (his brother).
Yoseob might have more mental illnesses but I just see those three at the moment.

As someone who has studied psychology to an extent, I think it's a mix of bpd and psychosis ! It wouldn't be sociopathy since he is young, it would be C.D. But his symptoms of C.D, as well as its, for under both the bpd and psychosis category!
