You're right on that. The seme went to visit him on the country side after two and a half year but not to live with him. Just to meet him. Afterall he has his job at Tokyo. Guess they ARE having a long distance relationship. After he found sensei kept his promise by writing a story dedicating to him he just had to go meet him. It's truly a beautiful story which has won my heart. Sad it didn't get much recognition tho. One of my favs atleast.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧

However, I didn't quite get the ending. Did the seme go to the countryside to stay with the uke or just went to visit him? Are they having a long-distance relationship or what?
