he did indeed reap what he sewed. it's too bad he had to transfer. he should've toughed it out in his own school, so that he could feel the MC's pain. running away was cowardly....all his actions were cowardly.
Sadly, most humans look down on each other consciously or unconsciously. If we see someone who is in a worser situation than us, this can boost our self-esteem. Bullies just want to boost their ego, by bringing someone down a lot. Hopefully, one day, humanity can bring each other up, despite their physical or social standing.
Well mostly at this age people feel pity for people who have disability and I think neglect does happen within families, but majority of people nowadays do not bully the disabled, I believe neglect does happen more within their families and in work environment.
