Basically anything from Yamamoto Kotetsuko, but especially Honto Yajuu. And a manga called "Sick". I have a couple more of course, but these two manga and that one author never disappoint!

Hana no mizo shiru. It's beautiful! Also, Seven Days from the same author (Takarai Rihito).
Other good authors are Yamamoto Kotetsuko and Abe Miyuki
