I’m not a huge fan of any of these characters, which includes Hajun, because this comic, while entertaining, is not very well written. I’m not trying to say you shouldn’t dislike him, I’m just trying to point out that it doesn’t make sense to hate him and praise the others. Sure, he’s unnecessarily rude, but he didn’t ask for any of this. From his perspective, Minho has invaded his life and disregarded his boundaries and is the one who is being selfish and inconsiderate. You talk about Hajun “thinking nly [sic] about his crush” but honestly imagine a random ass dude following you around and pestering you after you’ve asked him repeatedly to leave you alone, and when you DO agree to help you, he forces a kiss without your consent. And then imagine that when you get angry and act rudely, everyone tells you that you’ve only been thinking about yourself.
Look, I’m not trying to make you like Hajun. If you don’t like him, that’s fair. He’s been rude for sure. But he’s not just playing the victim, he IS the victim. He’s being pushed around by a guy he’s asked to leave him alone and being very callously used and tossed aside by someone he really liked.

A lot of people are frustrated with Hajun (black hair). As Zarathrusta has said in another comment, everyone is actually just frustrated that he’s not immediately falling into Minho’s arms. But let’s look at the bad things that each person has actually done.
Minho: Repeatedly violated Hajun’s personal boundaries and forced a kiss on him; does not take no for an answer (though he’s getting better about that)
Sekyung: Knowingly led Hajun on (likely to get Minho’s attention but we don’t know what happened that night) and then did not hesitate to hurt him when he decided he could get something out of doing so; intentionally damaged Hajun’s mental image of Minho in attempt to ruin M’s chances with H; now is also not taking no for an answer from Minho
Hajun: Was rude to a guy who wasn’t respecting his boundaries
