So what was the plan?

Namsoo did detailed research on every member of the gang, but somehow he missed the fact, that the last guy is a son of a chief of the police. So what was the plan? Eliminate all the assholes and then just go to PD and die there?
I understand your emotions. Author made us watch Hygeon suffer for 30 chapters so we can enjoy the payback. But honestly I don’t.
Because what I see is a result of stupidity. Namsoo was awesome, despite the fact that he’s crazy as fuck.
He made parents of Hygeon come to PD and when it didn’t work (for obvious reasons) he just did the same mistake again, by coming in person and bringing all the evidence eith him.
So I ask you again: what was the plan?

The plan was to get revenge and make everyone suffer, and then go turn himself in s that he wouldn't get hated. well t least thats's what I think it is.

I thought that Namsoo decided to turn himself in so the only way to get rid of evidence or witness was to kill him.
But then again I thought he has a trick in hus sleeve to escape that exact situation when he lies on the floor with his blood all over the place. It would make sense.

in the end Nam Soo will go to Psychiatric hospital and Hyeong-oh will be free from bullying and he will go to see him that's the end of the story

Sounds good. But he didn't make the last guy suffer. He was punched in the face by his father and that's all. Was that enough for Nam Soo to stop and turn himself in?

He did make the last guy suffer, Namsoo crushed one of the last guy's legs, giving him the same fate as Hyeong. In the end you will see that the last guy becomes crippled and has to use a wheelchair from now on because of the damage Namsoo did to him with the fire extinguisher.

    Yes, but no.
He did it AFTER he realized that his plan didn't work. It doesn't look like he was planning to do this from the beginning.

I think that it’s all sounds right, but still doesn’t answer my question: if Namsoo planned to crash his legs from the beginning, than why would he show up in PD before doing it?
But, honestly, fuck it. Let’s wait ‘till the end. I think there are no more than 1 or 2 chapters left, right?

Sometimes all of us need a little Namsoo in our lives, right?
