So I can't remember the title at all.
The story is set in a world where there several different sects of dragons wondering the world. The dragons have a human like form to start off with. Dragons need their pair partner in order to transform into their bigger form.
The story begins with a very young boy dragon(he has a cute little tail and scales) running about the lands. He finds a collapsed man in a crater??? and then drags him back to his castle determined to care for him and nurse him back to health. There are other gay pairs to like the tutor and a general.
