Rumiko... aka Rumiko Takahashi is a mangaka/anime creator for a few animes.

ikr!? I thought the same while reading Ganbare Nakamura-kun which is another story by this same mangaka. I really recommend it, it's so cute and different from this... thing.

Am I the only one that sees the second story as a RUMIKO work? I don't mind.... but.... XD. It's a lil weird
