Well, if you read the latest chapter it clearly shows that Iwaki cares for Shou and doesn’t want to hurt him by not replying to his message .
I don't think Iwaki hates Shou. I think he just doesn't know how to deal with him. Shou isn't a cute kid with sparkling eyes full of innoncence who appeared one day in front of Iwaki. He's an adult, sexually active and an attractive man with a strong spirit. Plus, as Shou is close to Katou, I think Iwaki is a littje jealous. It's irrational but it's like that.
I really thinks Iwaki cares for Shou. But he had bad relationships with his own father and was a little harsh with his brother. I think he just really doesn't know how to act with Shou.
Iwaki doesn't hate Should, he acted like that because the boy started to act up, saying mean things and stuff when Iwaki was excited of having a son but when he heard the boy talking like that he didn't let him know how much his words affected him so.he retorted back and made it seem as if he hates when obviously he doesn't.
Kato doesn't hate him either, he is simply jealous: he doesn't want a kid to take away IwakixKato' precious time together.

I wanted to say that I don't understand why he is hated and thought of as a sneaky guy who is sleeping his way to the top while he actually slept with that Chiba-asshole-san to protect the secret about his connection to Iwaki. And to take the responsibility for his actions. I honestly feel so sad for him - he looks so lonely and lost to me. And that scene in the hotel room where he was lying on the bed and crying- idk, expression on his face broke my heart
I wonder why so many people hate Shou so much And especially why Iwaki-san hates him so much
