She wrote it on Twitter a long time ago (I only knew about it because the first translator of WLATE published the link on their Tumblr). since Haribo tweeted and retweeted so many stuff it would take a long time to find that particular tweet. I think we should wait for her to publish it on Naver first, then of course she will tweet the link on Twitter :D

I believe this is her. (Found it thanks to the Find command.)

But it looks pretty inactive. Last update was 2015. She had one comic on there. I think she went to Lezhin for a reason. I looked through the BL tag in Naver out of curiosity and found some comics that I recognized that are locked behind a paywall like "Fools". And you can't actually read the chapters. The chapters are basically some text that direct you to the website where they are actually posted. Like for "Fools", it advertised Comico.
I don't know much about how Naver pays artists, so I cannot make an informed explanation. But there might be a number of things that discourages BL artists from uploading on Naver. It might be the type of content that they can upload. Also, you have to consider the general audience of Naver. If your comic cannot attract a large fan base, you won't earn money. Being a webtoon artist is a pretty unstable job, which is why Lezhin looks very appealing.
Basically, read this post to get a better understanding:

So just to add to this, I have a feeling that Haribo is still going to upload future works on Lezhin. That or some other premium webtoon website, like Comico. I mean, her work is popular enough that it has official English and Chinese translations. I don't think she would want to give that up.
There must be a reason for non-BL artists as well to go upload their work on premium websites, and it must be mostly because of the pay. You see shoujo-like works everywhere, and these artists probably found a stable job that way.

Yeah, that was one she started but discontinued. I don't think she has announced any plans to publish with Naver in the last year. It also seems like she's invested in the protests against Lezhin still, which indicates, to me, that she is still invested in Lezhin and has hope for things to get better. I could be wrong. She may have had plans in the past to publish with Naver, but I don't think those plans still stand. Anyway, she did say she was going to work on a new project, but I doubt it's going to happen right away. She needs a break, and Lezhin is pretty much on fire right now and they need to figure out how to save their company.

I got the same vibe when I saw her Twitter too. Her retweets about the protests and from webtoon artists namely Eun Song and michii didn't give me the impression that she wants to quit or anything. And from her replies to her fans in regards to the last chapter of WLATE, she liked the support and simply told people to "look forward to her next work". I don't think she mentioned anywhere if she was publishing someplace new.
But I agree, she needs a break from everything. From her tweets, I could tell that she's been ill and not eating well. A portion of that sickness is from her international readers unfortunately. I hope everything goes well in the end.

Yeah, that's the unfortunate reality. I agree that the international readership problems are a sizable chunk of what's been giving her a hard time. Hopefully everyone with the means to support her at all already have. I've tried to give as much support as I could, by buying all the chapters in both Korean and English. I know it's probably not much, but I hope she knows how much we all love her work in the end. It would help a lot if Lezhin kept their promises and started treating their authors better. It makes me want to throw up that they were charging that author late fees when she had cancer. I don't know if a company can sink any lower than that. Like, just thinking about it makes me see red. I feel so bad for all the authors they are treating like trash.

I dont know if I should feel happy about her continuing to work at Lezhin or not. If she does, she might become upset/stress during the process and end up having an unexpected ending for her amazing webtoon once again :/
I read on Tumblr that they said she has stated she would continue her work (that webtoon on Naver which she has left unfinished for 2 years or so). Apparently she left it in the middle of the process to join Lezhin's comic contest. (She didnt win but in the end her comic has 1 of the highest ranking on the chart haha)
Haribo sure can do much better in Japan where people are willing to buy tons of physical copies (and where legal/copyrighted matters are extremely strict), in Korea where everything is on the digital platform, being a comic artist sure is tough :(

honestly i thought that too... i hope when she's be able to draw again, and she can work with the right company/person, she will draw sequel of WLATE... i'm her fans omg and it really makes me pissed to know about it. Poor her and i wish the best for her of course....
Seriously its really sad.... really...really... ╥﹏╥
I have just read the final chapter of WLATE (the real ending chapter, Haribo will not draw anymore of this) and I have never felt so fucking sad and empty.
I have become so emotionally attached to Woojin-Taemin (I swear their chemistry is insane), it fucking hurts knowing there would not be anymore of their story in the future =(((
