Help!!

Not long ago I start to read one manga but forgot to mark it.
It is possible to be yaoi, but not sure about it...
It's about a man that picks up a fur ball on a rainy day that has cat ears. Later this fur ball gets a human form and is something like a cat ghost. The man is widower, there is a part where the ghost breaks by mistake the picture frames glass (pic of his deceased wife). He also has a neighbor who has a snake as his familiar.
