It is. Some scanlators have their own readers.
And it wouldn't be right to charge to download since the comic doesn't belong to them. Hahaha...

Basically, search for the scanlation team's website. Many have their own readers, but scanlators typically post the download link on their website. Or, you can just right-click save the images that's already hosted on Mangago. That just takes longer.
