It's so obvious it's her. I doubt it's a red herring. I read most of Bagjwi Sayug, and the author seems to like dramatic irony. I think she wants us to know that it's Miss Doh.
Yup, I think so too. Also, the username of the designer they first found online is Moon Crystal right? If I remember correctly, Taesoo's name is Moon Taesoo; and it says somewhere in chapter 10 that Soojung–Ms. Doh's name–means crystal. Aaand, I also think those designs were Taesoo's all along.
