Even though that twisted teacher should be held responsible for her disgusting behavior, I place a lot of the blame on the church. They knew she had serious issues due to the deaths of her parents yet didn't get her the help she needed and just kept shifting her around after she made one mess after another.
That teacher who humiliated Latina, I will kill you and hang your head under the tree so all people can see how deranged you are.. and to that head master that allows this to happen.. if I'm a character in this manga, you will too suffer the same fate.
