If you're talking about Reverse Harem Genre, I recommend Kiss Him, Not Me. It's fucking hilarious, but there's quite a few Shounen Ai scenes if you watch thoroughly.

Maybe Vampire Knight?
I've seen Diabolic Lovers, but it was horrific. All they did was suck the blood out of the poor girl 24/7. There was no love in it :(
