You are all most likely incorrect. Tonya and the Sisterhood are most likely trans women, hence, women. Usually, trans women are placed in male prisons if they have not transitioned (their bodies, since their are different kinds of transitions) since they are mostly considered to still be men or not "real" women by society and the government.
